What we do with what you send us.

Short version: we use it to answer you, and nothing else.

What this site collects

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, an optional phone number, your child's grade if you choose to give it, which programme you are asking about, and your message. There is no account, no login and no tracking of you around the internet.

Where it goes

Enquiries are delivered to Design Your World and read by Coach Tia. They are used to reply to you and to arrange a place if you go ahead. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry details with anyone else, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.

Children's information

This site is written for parents and guardians rather than for children, and the form is intended to be completed by an adult. Please share only what is necessary about your child, which is usually no more than a grade level and their interests.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from this domain rather than from third parties.

Getting your information removed

Email hello@design-your-world.org and ask, and we will delete your enquiry.

This note describes current practice and is written in plain language rather than as a legal document. If you need something more formal for a school or organisation, ask and we will provide it.
